You’ll influence architecture decisions, collaborate across teams, and help shape how we scale our platform. You’ll be hands-on, thoughtful, and ready to dive deep into both code and systems when needed.

• Designing and building core systems that are scalable, robust, and maintainable
• Leading projects end-to-end, from design to release
• Collaborating with product, design, and engineering teams to ship impactful features
• Mentoring junior and mid-level developers — helping them grow technically
• Monitoring technical debt, system performance, and long-term code health
